We are very excited about our Summer Clinic! New this year - Sports Psychology, Nutrition, Jump Competition, Prizes and Awards. All classes are taught by our full-time coaches and includes dartfish, off-ice classes, on-ice classes and much more!

A special congratulations to Courtney Woods and her coach, Debbie Mastrangelo, on achieving her Gold Medal in Freestyle!
Courtney is a Senior at Orchard Park High School and plans to attend the University at Buffalo in the Fall.
Spring Powerskating Program
Debbie Mastrangelo and her team of coaches are back to sharpen up your skating skills!
Our very popular Spring Powerskating Program begins April 27th at Holiday Rinks from either 5:30-6:00 or 6:00-6:30, depending on the group Debbie places you in. She will focus on turns, strides, edge quality, backwards and much more without the use of sticks or pucks!

Janice Smith 1958 - 2010
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Skate Great's founder and director, Janice Smith, after a valiant 3-year battle with cancer.
Under her leadership, Skate Great became one of U.S. Figure Skating's largest Basic Skills programs in the country. During her 30-year coaching career in WNY she coached 30 skaters to their USFS gold medals and coached numerous skaters at the regional, state, sectional, and national levels.
Jan will be forever remembered for her devotion to the sport of of figure skating and her positive, lasting influence on the skaters she coached.
Donations for the Janice Smith Scholarship Fund can be made to the SCWNY and mailed to 11 Brynstone Court, Amherst NY 14228.
